Key Terms
For Nominet domains, Consider IT charges £60 for 2 years inclusive of registration and ongoing management. This includes DNS management as part of the service. Clients may receive a discount on their domain registration and renewals based on additional services on a case by case basis.
The Consider IT team will email you at least one month before your domain expiry date with an invitation to renew. Should we not hear from you, we will send at least one additional reminder to renew your domain name with us.
Should you choose to renew, Consider IT will renew the domain. We charge £60 for 2 years inclusive of renewal and ongoing management including change requests and reminders to renew. This includes DNS management as part of the service. Clients may receive a discount on their domain registration and renewals based on additional services on a case by case basis.
Consider IT does not transfer expired domains into its name.
Consider IT does not make additional charges if the Customer is transferring domains to a new Registrar or is not renewing their domain registration.

Complaints
Complaints from customers will be acknowledged within 3 working days. Any complaints received are input into the company support system in order that a unique support reference can be issued and automated tracking and escalation procedure can be adopted. If a resolution is not in hand within 10 days, an email can be sent to our support desk with a request to elevate the complaint: [email protected].
Abuse
If you believe your rights are being infringed by or otherwise have a complaint about content on the Consider IT network, please send a written notice to [email protected].
