Our ad-hoc service allows you to pay for support as you need it. Remote, Telephone and On-Site support are all charged at the end of the month for the hours you’ve used previously. You’ll get a report detailing all the support incidents we’ve responded to and an overview of what we did to resolve each one. Ad-Hoc support usually works out more expensive in the long run. We don’t get to know your IT infrastructure in an in-depth way. This has a knock-on effect in how long it takes us to resolve problems. With the Full IT Support service, we actively monitor and manage your IT infrastructure on a daily basis meaning that problems are usually identified before they even happen, allowing you to continue with managing your business.

Our support agreements are individually suited to your business requirements. We take all factors into account when pricing our support to give you the best possible price with the best possible service.
Included in your IT Support Contract as standard, is our Unlimited Guarantee whereby we do not limit the amount of times you can call upon us to give you the support you need. Some other IT Support companies will limit how often you can get help and charge you premium rates for every hour you go over this limit; we don’t. Our Full IT Support agreements are truly unlimited and we only offer a fair and superior IT Support Service.
How we charge
Our support agreements are paid in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis so you know exactly what you’re paying every month. Our Support Price Estimator gives you a rough idea about how much support with us will cost. The estimator usually over-estimates the costs, so if it seems a bit expensive, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!
