Ad-Hoc Prices

Our ad-hoc prices allow you to pay for support as you need it. Remote and Telephone Support costs from £40/hour, charged every 30 mins. First half-hour costs from £25. On-site support is charged from £50/hour.

If you use us regularly, you will find our IT Support Contracts work out cheaper for you. Not only will you save money, but through our active monitoring of your systems, we’ll react when things go wrong.

Monthly IT Support Contracts

Our support agreements are individually suited to your business requirements. We take all factors into account when pricing our support to give you the best possible price for the best possible service.

Included in your IT Support Contract as standard, is our Unlimited Guarantee whereby we do not limit the amount of times you can call upon us to give you the support you need. Other support companies will assign you a limit to the number of hours they’re willing to spend with you: WE DON’T.

How we charge

Our support agreements are paid in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis so you know exactly what you’re paying every month. Our Support Price Estimator gives you a rough idea about how much support with us will cost. The estimator usually over-estimates the costs, so if it seems a bit expensive, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!
